Choose the project your agency needs, then the period of support you want after launch. Each option can accompany a new website or a rebrand and rebuild.
Launching is the beginning of using your new website. Choose 4, 8 or 12 months of support to keep agreed content current, deal with website issues and help your team settle into its new site. The support period begins at launch, with the included work and request allowance recorded in your proposal. Page count, brand work and features are agreed separately from the length of support.
4months
Launch Support
4 months after launch
Practical support while your team starts using the new website, makes agreed content updates and raises website issues.
Suits: Agencies wanting help through the initial settling-in period.
Your proposal brings the important parts together: page structure, design, written content, images, enquiry routes, launch checks and handover. We set out the deliverables, responsibilities and costs before paid work starts, so you can judge the full project rather than a home-page design alone.
Support keeps the agreed website useful after launch. It can cover corrections and updates to existing pages, replacement of supplied contact or team details, changes to agreed service information, investigation of website issues and routine checks of important links and enquiry routes.
Your proposal states the request allowance, review schedule, contact method and response arrangements. These are the terms that determine how much work is included; a longer support period does not mean unlimited design or development.
What is quoted separately.
Additional pages, a new brand direction, substantial redesigns, new integrations, ongoing search campaigns, advertising, professional photography and third-party charges are quoted separately unless expressly included. Hosting, domain renewals and paid licences are identified in the proposal so their costs and renewal dates are clear.
What happens when support ends?
Before the end of the agreed period, we discuss whether you want to renew, request further work or manage the website through another arrangement. Ownership, licences, account access and handover are set out in the project agreement. Choosing a shorter support period should not make those arrangements unclear.
A clear price before paid work begins.
After the free preview and scope discussion, you receive a written quotation for the build or rebrand and the support option you choose. It identifies deliverables, payment stages, recurring charges and optional extras. You can review the full proposal before deciding whether to proceed.
Questions about packages
Can I choose four months of support for a rebrand?
Yes. The support period is chosen separately from whether you need a new agency website or a rebrand. We agree the website scope and the selected support term in the same proposal.
When does support start?
The proposed support period starts when the website launches. The launch date and support end date are recorded in your agreement.
Does twelve months of support include ongoing SEO?
Search foundations can form part of the website build. Ongoing search work, new content, profile management and advertising are separately scoped unless your proposal explicitly includes them.
Can we keep our current logo?
Yes. We can work with your existing identity, refine it or plan a fuller rebrand. The proposal specifies the brand assets and design work included.
How many pages do we receive?
We agree a page list around your services, coverage and visitor journeys. The quotation identifies the pages being written and built, together with any optional additions.
Can we update the website ourselves?
We agree how updates will be managed before choosing the build approach. Where editing access and training are included, the handover explains what your team can change and how to request further help.
Can you launch before all our agency information is ready?
We can plan a phased launch around information that is ready and approved. Published pages should accurately describe the stage your agency has reached; missing details are not replaced with invented claims.
Not sure which support period suits you?
Tell us about your agency and how often your information changes. We will talk it through and set out the options in your proposal.
