Ask a question

The designs

Can we change the colours and photographs?

Yes. The demo is a starting point. We agree the brand direction and image choices with you before building the final pages.

Do we have to use the demo copy?

No. Your content is written around your services, coverage, policies and evidence. Fictional names and claims are removed.

Are these real care agencies?

No. Both demo agencies are fictional. The demos do not accept care referrals, bookings or job applications.

Can we combine ideas from different designs?

Yes. Tell us what you like about each one. We will propose a coherent direction and include any additional design work in the scope.

Projects and pricing

How much does a website cost?

The price depends on the pages, design work and features you need. We provide a written quote after discussing the scope; we do not publish a starting price because every agency needs something different.

What happens to our domain and existing pages?

We review domain access, existing URLs, email dependencies and useful content before planning the move. Agreed redirects help visitors and search engines reach replacement pages; search performance cannot be guaranteed.

Who owns the finished website?

The agreement explains ownership of commissioned work, your supplied content and the domain, together with any third-party licences. It also sets out the files and access provided at handover.

Can you add a portal, booking system or payments?

Yes, subject to a separate scope covering the user journey, suppliers, security, data handling and ongoing responsibilities.

How long will the project take?

We agree a timetable once the pages, features and approval process are clear. Content, account access and third-party dependencies can affect the launch date.

What does support include?

You choose 4, 8 or 12 months of support after launch. Your proposal defines the changes and checks included, how to request help, any exclusions and the options after that period. Support keeps the agreed website useful; ongoing search and growth work is scoped separately.

Packages and support

Can I choose four months of support for a rebrand?

Yes. The support period is chosen separately from whether you need a new agency website or a rebrand. We agree the website scope and the selected support term in the same proposal.

When does support start?

The proposed support period starts when the website launches. The launch date and support end date are recorded in your agreement.

Does twelve months of support include ongoing SEO?

Search foundations can form part of the website build. Ongoing search work, new content, profile management and advertising are separately scoped unless your proposal explicitly includes them.

Can we keep our current logo?

Yes. We can work with your existing identity, refine it or plan a fuller rebrand. The proposal specifies the brand assets and design work included.

How many pages do we receive?

We agree a page list around your services, coverage and visitor journeys. The quotation identifies the pages being written and built, together with any optional additions.

Can we update the website ourselves?

We agree how updates will be managed before choosing the build approach. Where editing access and training are included, the handover explains what your team can change and how to request further help.

Can you launch before all our agency information is ready?

We can plan a phased launch around information that is ready and approved. Published pages should accurately describe the stage your agency has reached; missing details are not replaced with invented claims.

Growth

Is growth work included in a website build?

Search foundations can be included in the build. Ongoing content, profile management, reporting and advertising should be listed separately in your proposal.

Can you promise page-one rankings?

No. We agree useful work, give you access to the relevant reports and explain what the results do and do not show.

Do we need advertising?

Not every agency does. We first look at your service capacity, coverage, existing enquiries and the purpose of the campaign.

Checks and compliance

Will our site be fully compliant?

We avoid blanket promises. Your project should identify the requirements assessed, the testing completed, any limitations and the responsibilities that remain with your organisation.

Is CQC relevant everywhere in the UK?

CQC regulates relevant health and social care services in England. A UK-wide website needs to reflect the regulator and requirements applicable to each service and nation.

Can an accessibility score prove the website meets WCAG?

An automated score alone cannot establish conformance. The agreed checks should also include manual review of important pages and journeys.
